This is really cool! I just caught a glimspe of it on the front page and I had to comment. I really like the exagerated facial features and that lace stuff around her neck looks great. Nice Work!

the distorted face is quite intriguing and reminds me a bit of pierrot.
i like the details - the shine in the eyes and on the lips, it gives off
a slightly realistic feeling.

This is breaktaking. All your paintings are breathtaking. I just love how the face distorts with fisheye. Everything is soft; exquisitely rendered to perfection. There is all at once-- sadness in her eyes, ennui, charm, elegance, indifference. The greatest touch is her costuming. Not only is the design exquisite, but the way, the way the semi-tansparent cloth seems to have a life of its own despite being a still picture. You can really feel how it would waft through the air. You can look at this picture, and can be in her world so easily.

Normally i'm not into this kind of stuff, but you did a good job making this original.

The woman's face is so completely different from the average, and the lighting highlights that. It almost has a tragic mood to it as well.

Whew! You are quite talented. Why don't you have more exposure? I've seen a lot of fine artists on here so far that don't have nearly enough! I really like your style.

Great idea to put it in black and white, it really fits teh gothic queen style here. Great contrast and colors.
