The contrast of the red and blue tones is beautiful and your design of the underwater creatures and plants (well technically not plants but I can't recall the right word) looks very realistic.
It's rather surprising that she's not a classical mermaid but it works perfectly, she looks like she belongs there (maybe because of her confidence ?!

)
The clam in her hand is very eye-catching, you really thought about the details and that's what really completes the artwork.
